About Randy
Randy possess more than 25 years of legal expertise while having practiced criminal defense solely ever since 1994. Mr. DeBlank has handled everything from minor traffic violations to murder trails. Mr. DeBlank has represented clients in 4 capital murder trials.
While Randy is able to defend individuals against nearly every sort of charge, a large amount of the work he does entails representing college students and young people dealing with criminal allegations. Although many of Randy’s younger clients are charged with seemingly modest offenses, Randy understands that the stakes are nevertheless comparatively high. Certain forms of criminal convictions can ensure it is very difficult to obtain employment in a particular field or may impede educational opportunities.

Due to the retirement of its founder, Randolph DeBlank, the law offices will be permanently closed for business effective January 1, 2026. Consistent with the firm’s written file retention policy, old client files have either already been returned to the client or they have been/will be securely destroyed two or more years after the firm ceased its representation.
